Refund Policy

If your wax melt arrives damaged, melted into a sad puddle, or smells nothing like the description, email us within 14 days at info@bs-ideas.com with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund it — your call.

We don't accept returns of opened wax melts (because, well — scent), but we will fix any defect or shipping mishap, no questions asked beyond "what happened?"

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the claim.
